So far, these aren't sorted - I just posted them as I came across them and made a one-note thing underneath about why it's wrong. I *do* have a section for questionable stuff, though - stuff where I'm not sure if a law has been violated, but I flagged it for attention just in case. Let the arguments begin!

For the borderline examples I'd put the first one in the category of training. it's usually the employers responsibility to ensure that training is received and effective. The second one in bullying/harassment is fine. 'It doesn't matter how you meant it, it matters how they took it'. dunno if we'd put the third one in our scope, but in the training thing we'd definitely have that you gotta know the laws and codes and shit of your industry. 4th we'd deffs cover sick leave, emergency illness and leaving work when sick, and what legal limits on that are. 5th- again in the training section with laws and shit of your industry and we'd cover dealing with contract stuff in the beginning employment bit. 6th- bet you a million bucks it's illegal. We'd cover correct pay and all. 7th- training, where to go if laws are being broken for health and safety stuff. (and other stuff, obviously). 8th- yeah, definitely cover redundancy. I dunno about that one tho. 9th- gotta cover the whole crime thang. 9th- sounds illegal. Gotta cover discrimination. 10th- definitely gotta look into it.
